Rooms Operations Manager – West Texas
We are seeking a passionate Rooms Division Operations Manager for a luxury golf club located in Childress, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in the pre-opening phase, helping to shape the operational foundation of the club. This is a unique opportunity to build the team from the ground up, establish systems and processes, and contribute to creating the culture and service standards for this exciting new property.
The ideal candidate will bring strong pre-opening experience in housekeeping and laundry operations, along with the ability to implement structure, train teams, and ensure operational excellence from day one. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building something new, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and is eager to take on a hands-on leadership role.
