Spectrum Search Group has been retained by a private equity-backed company in the utilities company that has grown revenue roughly 10x through a combination of organic expansion and acquisitions. The business plays a critical role in helping utility providers protect their infrastructure and keep communities safe, and it's now building out its finance leadership to support the next stage of growth.

We're seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to stand up and lead the FP&A function, reporting directly to the CFO and partnering with the executive team to shape the company's financial future
