Director of Entitlements
The Director of Entitlements oversees the approval process for new residential communities from land acquisition through development. This role works with local governments, consultants, engineers, and internal teams to secure zoning, land use, permitting, and development approvals needed to move projects forward. The Director of Entitlements manages project timelines, budgets, and due diligence activities, identifies and resolves regulatory issues, and helps ensure communities are delivered on schedule. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of residential land development, local approval processes, and relationship management with public agencies and stakeholders.
Previous expereince in the residential space prefered.
