We’re partnering with a well-established wine & spirits distributor in the Westchester County area to hire an AP & AR Manager to oversee day-to-day payables and receivables operations, cash flow management, and team leadership.


Highlights of the role include:

• Oversee AP/AR operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments, collections, reconciliations, and dispute resolution

• Manage and mentor a small team while driving accountability, process improvement, and operational efficiency

• Monitor cash flow trends, vendor relationships, AR aging, and payment forecasting

• Lead month-end close activities related to payables and receivables

• Develop and improve SOPs, reporting, KPIs, and internal controls

• Partner cross-functionally with leadership and external distributors/vendors

• Support audits, 1099 preparation, vendor master maintenance, and ad hoc finance projects


Qualifications:

• 10+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or finance operations experience

• Prior management experience required

• Beverage alcohol industry experience highly preferred

• SAP experience preferred; Concur experience a plus

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree required


Salary ranges from $130-150K
