Job Details

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, vendor, and service contracts
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, commercial, and leadership teams to align legal risk with business objectives
• Support development, construction, and operational contracting initiatives across multiple sites and business units
• Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and scalable legal review processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Provide practical guidance on compliance, risk mitigation, policy interpretation, and outside counsel management

Qualifications

• JD degree with active admission to at least one U.S. state bar and 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house
• Strong experience negotiating procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial agreements within industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related sectors
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and communicating clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
