Serves as a direct representative of the business on an agile team.
Attains, understands, and communicates business vision and needs by understanding the epic in Clarity; in order to write and refine user stories, prioritize work, and provide guidance to technical teams in Jira.
Uses critical thinking, problem solving, and Agile principles to partner with business owners, subject matter experts, and the development team to build effective solutions.
Possesses a proficient knowledge and understanding of and ability to work within multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile and other approaches to deliver business value.
Able to communicate the status of the work within Microsoft products as needed.
Requirements:
Can create features and stories for the technical execution of epics. - 4 years of experience
Able to work with business partners to extrapolate their vision and requirements - 4 years of experience
Knows how to work in Agile and other execution approaches/methodologies - 4 years of experience
Clarity, JIRA, and Microsoft Office products
Ability to work with business partners who are new to execution
Identify and communicates emerging risks; and ensure they are measured, monitored and controlled.
Able to work on multiple and different efforts/solutions at the same time with the IT team(s)
Understanding of P&C organization and P&C products/services
