Digital Merchandising & Content Specialist

Position Overview

The Digital Merchandising & Content Specialist supports the Dunham’s Sports website and digital merchandising efforts through product content management, promotional website content, and ecommerce updates. This role also supports vendor product data integrations and seasonal product launches across the website.

This position works with Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Operations, and vendor partners on a variety of ecommerce and website-related projects within a fast-paced corporate retail environment. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain online product listings, including images, descriptions, attributes, and content updates

• Assist with seasonal item setup and website product launches

• Support vendor product data integrations and automated product content initiatives

• Build and update promotional pages, flash sales, and other digital campaign content

• Assist with website testing, updates, and general e-commerce support tasks

• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve website, integration, or product content issues

• Support digital merchandising for featured products, brands, categories, and promotions

• Prepare and optimize website images and other digital assets as needed

• Provide general website and administrative support as needed


Qualifications

• Experience in website management, e-commerce, digital merchandising, product content management, or related areas

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency

• Experience working with product data, vendor feeds, ecommerce platforms, or content management systems preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Graphic design or digital asset editing experience is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs)

• Experience with e-commerce reporting, website analytics, or product performance metrics is a plus
