Qolo is redefining how commercial banks and B2B platforms move money. We're looking for a marketer who brings their own ideas to the table and has the skills to execute them.

Qolo consolidates card issuing, money movement, and account management into a single platform, replacing the fragmented stack that commercial banks and B2B platforms have been forced to cobble together for decades. We have a clear strategy, a strong product, and a growing customer base. Now we need a marketer who can bring both creative energy and executional horsepower to how we show up in the market.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll be a creative and operational force on a lean, high-performing team. You'll generate original content ideas and see them through to execution. You'll spot opportunities to extend the life of everything we produce. And you'll own the end-to-end execution of campaigns, events, and channel activations that put Qolo in front of the right audiences.
This is a role with real creative latitude. You're not just executing someone else's playbook, you're contributing to it.
What You'll Own
Content Creation and Distribution You'll produce content across formats: social copy, ad copy, promotional content, landing pages, and blogs. You'll also look at everything the team is creating and find ways to extend it, turning a podcast appearance into a social series, a webinar into a campaign, a blog into ten different assets across sales and digital channels.
Campaign and Media Execution When Qolo sponsors a podcast, places an article, or runs a webinar, you own what happens next. You'll coordinate with partners and publications, manage timelines, produce supporting assets, and run logistics from start to finish.
Digital Channels You'll own Qolo's presence across social and web. On social, that means generating original ideas, producing content in formats that work for each platform, and building a consistent, credible presence that reflects who Qolo is and who we're built for. On the web side, you'll partner with our agency to launch landing pages, support SEO initiatives, and ensure our site is always current and converting. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to know what good looks like and be able to drive it.
Events and Sponsorships When Qolo sponsors or speaks at an industry event, you'll own the marketing engine around it. That means building pre-event campaigns that drive meeting volume, creating promotional content that puts our presence in front of the right people before we walk in the room, and capturing and repurposing what happens on-site, turning speaking sessions, conversations, and activations into content that lives on across our website and social channels long after the event ends.
