We’re partnering with a stable & mission driven affordable housing developer seeking a Development Project Manager / Program Manager with strong LIHTC experience to oversee high-impact affordable housing projects.
🏘️ About the Role
This role will manage affordable housing developments utilizing:
✅ LIHTC 4% / 9%
✅ Tax-exempt & taxable bonds
✅ Private bank financing
✅ Rental/operating subsidies
✅ Other federal & state funding sources
You’ll be responsible for coordinating programs, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and execution across multiple affordable housing initiatives.
🎯 Requirements (Must Have)
-Affordable housing development experience is REQUIRED to be considered.
-Bachelor’s degree in community development, business, economics, urban planning, or related field.
💼 Ideal Background
� 3+ years experience in housing development, real estate development, finance, urban planning, or related field
� 2+ years managing programs, budgets, activities, and staff
