Desktop Support Specialist

Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a large healthcare organization in the Tampa, FL area to identify Desktop Support Technicians on a 6 month contract to hire opening. This role will support multiple locations in the Tampa, FL area with the main campus around 10mi N. of the downtown Tampa area

• Primarily onsite at the main campus
• Will include light travel (10-20%) to nearby locations, and would include a company vehicle/gas card
• 1 remote day per week for training, ticket cleanup, and Tier 2 support
• Flexible shift options available (7a-4p, 8a-5p, 9a-6p, 11a-8p)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues (laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations)
• Provide Tier 2 support for help desk escalations
• Image and deploy new machines; assist with site setups
• Microsoft Office 365 environment support

Experience Required:

• 2–5 years desktop support / IT support
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
