Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove end-user desktop support for across all levels of the organization, including executives and senior leadership, ensuring a high-touch, customer-focused support experience.
  • Administer and support a Windows 10 enterprise environment, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive), and associated enterprise applications.
  • Deliver end-to-end IT support across hardware, software, networking, mobile devices (iOS/Android), virtualization, and workstation lifecycle management, while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to maintain compliance and system reliability.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and desktop virtualization/remote support tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with hands-on experience supporting Windows-based desktop environments in a corporate IT setting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment.
