Responsibilities
Following are the day-to-day work activities
- Own end-to-end delivery across P&C insurance engagements
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned to SLA/KPI expectations
- Drive Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery across distributed teams
- Provide strong oversight across P&C insurance processes
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into execution plans
- Ensure alignment with insurance operational and regulatory standards
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams (Dev, QA, BA, Architects, Scrum Masters)
- Track delivery progress, productivity, and utilization
- Ensure governance and reporting discipline
- Prepare executive dashboards and status reports
- Support PI planning, sprint reviews, and governance meetings
- Maintain visibility on risks, issues, and mitigations
Requirements
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to assess the eligibility of their profile. The must have requirements are:
- 10–15+ years of IT delivery / program management experience
- Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing onshore–offshore delivery models
- Strong Agile / SAFe execution experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and production support environments
Good To Have
- Exposure to Claims projects and/or Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Experience in Data programs (reporting, analytics, migration, data modernization)
- Familiarity with insurance transformation or digital initiatives
- Experience in MSP / managed services environments
- Exposure to automation / GenAI in delivery environments
