The Finishing Technician performs grinding, deburring, and finishing operations on metal components in a manufacturing environment. This role supports safe and efficient production processes by following standard work methods, using hand and measuring tools accurately, and collaborating closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Work Environment
This is a full-time role in a manufacturing and foundry-style environment, typically based on an 8-hour shift schedule during weekdays. The work involves regular exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes, molten metal, and other industrial elements. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands for handling parts, tools, and measuring devices, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees handle materials weighing 30 to 50 pounds as part of daily operations. Personal protective equipment is provided or required, including safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection, and sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning procedures are in place to maintain a clean and safe facility.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
