Debt Finance Associate Attorney

AJ Chambers US
Dallas, TX

A leading law firm is seeking a Debt Finance Associate to join its Finance Practice Group in Dallas.

This is a strong opportunity to work on a wide range of debt finance transactions, supporting clients through the drafting, negotiation, and execution of financing and related documentation. The role involves advising on credit facilities and other financing arrangements, while working closely with partners and cross practice teams to move transactions forward efficiently.

You’ll have genuine responsibility in this role, including direct client interaction, ownership of day to day deal management, and involvement across the full life cycle of transactions, from initial structuring through to closing.

What makes this opportunity stand out is the combination of a top tier national platform with a more balanced culture than traditional New York firms, alongside real responsibility from day one. The Dallas office offers strong growth potential and the chance to stand out in a less saturated market, all while maintaining full market compensation.
