Required Skills & Experience

• Some IT experience is required (cannot be zero)

• Internship, student, in school, or desktop support all count

• 0–1+ years of IT support experience (hardware, cabling, desktop support preferred)

• Experience working in a ticketing system

• Basic OS knowledge (Linux preferred)

• High‑level understanding of networking, storage, or scripting

• Able to lift ~35 lbs

• Comfortable working hands‑on in a production environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior data center experience (enterprise‑scale is a plus, not required)

Job Description

Day‑to‑Day

• Troubleshooting and repairing servers

• Hardware diagnostics and component replacement

• Working tickets for incident management

• Supporting project and capacity work

• Very hands‑on, physical role (fixing things daily)
