Project Manager – Data Cleansing (ERP Migration)
Onsite in Boulder, CO (3 days/week) | Hybrid | Contract through November 2026
Overview:
Our client, a Boulder-based organization is undergoing an ERP migration to SAP S/4HANA and has elected to outsource the data‑cleansing components that most directly impact Finance. Multiple technical teams, systems integrators, and outside consultants are already in place. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the full data‑cleansing workstream and coordinate between internal stakeholders, an external SAP SME, and a team of 1099 consultants.
The initiative begins in April and runs through late November. Resourcing will scale from 3–4 data‑cleansing specialists in April up to 11 at peak during the summer, then gradually reducing to 1 by November. The effort spans six data domains: Finance, Fixed Assets, Materials Master, Manufacturers & Suppliers, Inventory Parts, and Plant Maintenance.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage the full data‑cleansing workstream for an SAP S/4HANA migration
• Build and track timelines, deliverables, priorities, and weekly status reporting
• Coordinate closely with an external SAP SME and the internal ERP project lead
• Manage the ramp‑up and ramp‑down of 3–11 cleansing resources over the lifecycle
• Ensure readiness, accuracy, and consistency of data across all six cleansing areas
• Partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to validate requirements
• Interface with an inventory‑related workstream that ties into the cleansing effort
• Maintain clear, direct communication with fast‑paced, collaborative stakeholders
Must‑Have Experience:
• Led at least one full data‑cleansing project tied to an ERP conversion (SAP strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of how data cleansing impacts Accounting and Finance
• Experience managing multi‑resource workstreams with shifting volumes
• Local to Colorado and able to be onsite in Boulder 3 days per week
Nice‑to‑Have:
• Experience designing or managing physical inventory programs
• Cycle count program development or oversight
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments

The salary range for this position is $65/hr to $90/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
