  • Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master cum Project Manager.
  • This role combines agile leadership with traditional project management to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, data migration strategies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure continuous improvement. Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment. Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and other Agile metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders. Project Manager Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication plans. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in data migration or similar IT projects. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration tools, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Good to Have).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; certifications like CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with data governance requirements.
  • Familiarity with data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques. Ability to manage hybrid teams across geographies and time zones.
