Role Description

We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst/Project Manager  for a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX 77002 (Downtown.), with an immediate start. This role will serve as a key partner between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the design, configuration, and optimization of enterprise HR systems.


The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, particularly within Time & Labor, Payroll for North America, and Commitment Accounting, and will play a critical role in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. Responsibilities include leading functional analysis, supporting system configuration, driving testing and UAT, and ensuring data integrity across ERP platforms.


Qualifications
  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar ERP systems, specifically Time & Labor and Payroll for North America.
  • Hands-on experience with Commitment Accounting and system configuration.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Experience designing workflows, process improvements, and system solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience supporting UAT, test planning, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of data migration, data cleansing, and data integrity best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX.
  • Ability to pass a CJIS background check.


Preferred:

Experience integrating third-party time tracking systems (APIs, file-based integrations).

Hands-on experience configuring Time & Labor rules and templates.

  • Broad understanding of HR and Payroll processes within ERP systems.
