•M-F, core hours 8-5, (potential weekends)

•Resource will work out of home and travel to customer sites for server deployments
oTravel up to 75% of time, including overnight – typical trips are 1-4 days
oIf not at customer site, will be working on training, paperwork etc.
oWill typically use own vehicle and be reimbursed mileage unless extended drive in which case Dell may provide rental
Overview:
Dell Delivery Field Services Manager has a regional team of Technicians to support multiple Dell customers. He needs to hire an additional Network/DC Analyst to work from home and travel to various Dell customers – visits range from 1-4 days.

Job Description:
DLE will be responsible for delivering infrastructure deployment services to our customers including the physical installation of hardware and the logical configuration of operating systems and software products either as the sole person and/or as part of a team. DLE must have network, storage and data center experience. DLE will be involved with analyzing/architecting network to ensure it will accommodate automated server deployment. DLE should have CCNA cert or equivalent experience. DLE will be expected to consume training quickly and start deploying our products in a short period of time.

• Able to perform physical installation and cabling of rack-mounted servers and switches
• Travel up to 75%
