Provide analytics support to the global Marketing organization, with a focus on understanding and improving the end‑to‑end guest experience across our hotel portfolio.
Your day to day
Analyze guest, marketing, and hotel performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that make insights easy to understand and act on
Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from multiple sources
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, brands, regional operations, business intelligence & data engineering teams to develop reporting & insights
Translate analytical findings into clear, concise stories for business audiences
Support ad‑hoc analysis requests and help prioritize based on business impact
Continuously refine metrics, definitions, and methodologies to improve data quality and consistency
Analyze internal and external data to improve performance measurement and interpretation
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests for performance and guest experience data
Identify and communicate performance trends and insights to relevant stakeholders
Develop action‑oriented insights aligned to stakeholder priorities
Leverage visualization tools to deliver insights for decision-making
Connect metrics across functions to tell a holistic business and guest story
Deliver insights in formats that are clear, accessible, and appropriate for different audiences
What we need from you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics or relevant field.
One to two years progressive work-related experience
Strong analytical curiosity and a desire to understand why things happen, not just what happened
Experience using SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data
Hands‑on experience with Tableau (or similar visualization tools) and a passion for clean, intuitive dashboards
Ability to explain complex data findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Interest in hospitality, guest behavior, or consumer experience analytics (industry experience is a plus, not a must)
Location – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $85,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
