🚀 Customer Success Manager — Checksum.ai (SF | Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to help scale one of the fastest-growing AI companies in software quality.

Checksum.ai is building AI agents that automate software testing — solving a problem that’s become critical as AI coding tools accelerate engineering output, but not quality.

Engineering teams are shipping faster than ever. Testing hasn’t kept up. We fix that.


Why this role is different

This is not a “reactive SaaS CS” role.

You will:

• Own outcomes for high-value, technical customers (engineering teams, not generic users)

• Drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term success end-to-end

• Partner directly with Customer Engineering, Product, and Founders

• Run QBRs and executive-level stakeholder relationships

• Influence roadmap based on real customer signals

• Help define what “Customer Success” looks like at an early-stage AI company


What we’re looking for

• Strong Customer Success or Account Management experience

• Comfortable working with technical stakeholders (engineering teams)

• Empathetic communicator with strong business acumen

• Metrics-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts

• Bonus: exposure to SaaS, dev tools, or technical products
