Customer Success Manager – San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Our AI agents solve a critical problem for engineering teams who need to test their code fast and release high quality products. AI coding tools have increased engineering output 50X, but quality has not kept up. We fix that problem.

What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding end-to-end; partner with Customer Engineering on implementation and technical setup
  • Drive product adoption and account health across our top customers
  • Manage renewals, surface expansion opportunities, prevent churn and reduce risk
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships from engineering to executive level; lead QBRs and account reviews
  • Synthesize customer feedback and partner directly with Product and Engineering to translate insights into roadmap priorities
  • Build onboarding and lifecycle playbooks as the CS function scales


What We're Looking For

  • Technical depth to communicate with engineering stakeholders and understand a developer tooling product
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts through full post-sale lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills across individual contributors and senior executives
  • Metrics-driven; organized with strong project management habits
  • Ability to present business value and navigate renewal and expansion conversations
  • Startup experience preferred


Compensation & Perks

  • $140,000 base salary / OTE $200,000 to $250,000
