Customer Experience Representative

SUMMARY


The Customer Experience (CX) Representative is responsible for executing day‑to‑day customer experience activities for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, reliable execution, and responsive customer support. This role supports Sales and Senior Customer Experience Managers by delivering consistent service, maintaining data integrity, and upholding high execution standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Execute daily customer experience tasks, including order entry, order management, and shipment confirmations.
  • Support forecasting accuracy and ensure timely order flow in close coordination with Sales and Senior CX Managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and execution.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams to support deliveries, returns, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, documentation, and system records.
  • Identify and escalate complex, recurring, or high‑risk issues to Senior Customer Experience Managers as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Customer Experience team and business needs.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS


  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, or operational support roles, preferably within B2B or industrial environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute tasks accurately in a process‑driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented mindset.


POSITION TYPE & SCHEDULE


  • Full‑time position (40 hours per week).
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring four days per week in the Houston office.
  • Monday and Friday are mandatory in‑office days for all Houston‑based office staff.
