Elite Breakout Marketing is adding a Customer Engagement Sales Representative to our

team. This position focuses on interacting directly with customers inside retail locations—helping

answer questions, explaining service options, and making the overall experience simple and

positive.

Compensation

• $16–$20 per hour base pay (based on experience)
• Additional earnings available based on individual performance (not guaranteed)
• Average weekly earnings range from $800–$1,000+
• Paid training provided

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Speak with customers in a retail setting and understand their needs
• Walk through available services in a clear and helpful way
• Assist with basic account setup or service-related questions
• Keep interactions professional, friendly, and efficient
• Work alongside your team to hit daily and weekly goals
