Customer Engagement Representative – Face-to-Face Sales Role

On Trend Group is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to support client sales campaigns through in-person customer engagement.
The position involves meeting customers face-to-face, providing information about products and services, and contributing to sales & marketing activities designed to generate customer interest and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face-to-face to introduce products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support client sales goals by generating interest and completing sales when applicable
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers during face-to-face conversations
- Professional and positive approach to customer interaction
- Ability to follow training guidelines and sales processes
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar experience is beneficial but not required
