Pay: $2,656.00 - $3,172.00 per week (DOE)
Position Overview:
Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT Technologist to join a leading outpatient imaging team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-quality care environment where advanced imaging technology supports accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Imaging & Technical Execution:
- Perform CT (Computed Tomography) scans using advanced imaging equipment
- Select and adjust technical parameters to ensure optimal image quality
- Accurately capture cross-sectional images to assist in diagnosis
- Maintain proper operation and care of imaging equipment
Patient Care & Safety:
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering questions
- Review patient history and ensure all pre-scan requirements are met
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate imaging results
- Monitor patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
Clinical Collaboration:
- Work closely with radiologists to ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Communicate findings and workflow updates with clinical staff
- Support a smooth patient flow and positive clinic experience
Documentation & Compliance:
- Accurately document procedures in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain an organized and efficient imaging workflow
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and departmental standards
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited radiologic technology program
- ARRT (R) certification required
- CT certification required (ARRT-CT or equivalent)
- Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- BLS certification required
- Venipuncture certification required
- Minimum 3 years of CT experience
Technical Skills:
- Experience with PACS and RIS systems
- Familiarity with EMR platforms (EPIC preferred)
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient positioning
- Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
