Our beauty client based in New York is looking for a Creative Project Manager for a six month coverage on the team; experience with Wrike is a must as well as previous experience as a Project Manager in the beauty industry.
Day in the life:
- Lead a mix of fast-turn and complex creative projects from start to finish
- Guide meetings with clarity while consistently setting expectations and keeping projects forward focused.
- Work across multiple departments including creatives, marketers, product devopment, content producers, and global teams —
- Track details and manage resources to keep projects on time and budget
- Serve as the final checkpoint before deliverables move forward.
Looking for:
- 5+ years of project management experience in creative, agency, or marketing environments focused on the beauty industry
- A proven track record managing campaigns from concept to execution, with multiple stakeholders and multiple revisions
- Proficiency with Wrike
- Master-level organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Confidence working in a high-velocity environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
