OverviewThe client is seeking a skilled Craftsman/Technician to support turnover, punch‑list completion, and general finishing work. This role requires strong reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day labor while coordinating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, adaptable, and able to complete unit touch‑ups with limited supervision.Day‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesComplete punch‑list tasks within one week per unitPerform general caulking and finishing workSupport turnover of 10–12 units requiring touch‑upsTouch up paint and finishes as neededCoordinate work with subcontractorsGeneral labor duties with light supervisionMust‑HavesStrong initiativeReliability and consistencyAbility to manage basic labor tasksReliable transportationWillingness to train during onboardingCharacter and dependabilityNice‑to‑HavesExperience in multi‑family constructionAbility to work autonomouslyPrevious experience in finishing or punch‑list roles
