Location: Minneapolis, MN
Wage: $30.00 – $35.00+/hr. (depending on experience)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Duties of the Senior Metal Fabricator:
- Perform precision fabrication including cutting, rolling, and bending
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely
- Collaborate with shop leads on high-quality custom production
- Maintain strict accuracy and quality standards
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow and efficiency
- Support a culture of craftsmanship and accountability
- Assist in prepping for the move to a new, larger facility
Requirements:
- Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or skilled trades
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
