Cost Analyst

Job Summary:

The Strategy Planning Team within InstallX supports finance and billing operations for last-mile delivery (LMD) and installation services. This role partners cross-functionally with operations, service providers, audit teams, and internal finance groups to ensure accurate billing, timely financial close, and overall financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly and cumulative billing and closing data
• Manage AP/AR transactions within the GSI system
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve outstanding items
• Handle billing coordination with clients based on contractual terms
• Support financial reporting and analysis for leadership review
• Act as a point of contact for billing and financial inquiries (internal & external)
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance operations
• Strong knowledge of:
• Monthly close processes
• AP/AR
• Expense and revenue recognition
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
