Position Highlights
• Cost Accountant
• Direct hire
• Greater NW Detroit MI area
• Manage Accounting, AR/AP, Inventory
Background Requirements
• BA in Accounting
• 5 years experience in accounting management
• Knowledgeable in GAAP/ FASB
• Experience with Accounting and ERP systems (ie. SAP, Microsoft, EPICOR, Infor, Sage, QAD, Quickbooks, HighRadius, etc.)
• Must have experience in Cost Manufacturing Accounting
• Working in Production environment
Job Responsibilities
• Preparing financial reports, forecasts, operating plans, budgets, etc.
• Overseeing and some “hands on” with GL, Reconciliations, JE’s
• Developing Long Range Planning
• Tracking performance and cost reduction
• Involved with Audits
• Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end Closings
