The group represents a broad range of clients, including private equity funds, institutional investors, developers, REITs, financial institutions, and real estate operating companies on complex commercial real estate matters across major markets.

Job Details
A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience in complex real estate transactions. Ideal candidates will have experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, real estate M&A, and financing matters. Experience representing or working with institutional investors, private equity clients, developers, REITs, financial institutions, or real estate operating companies is highly valued.
Candidates should have excellent drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transactional environment. Admission, or eligibility for admission, in the jurisdiction of practice is required.
