Title: Corporate Paralegal (In-House | Temporary)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Potential)
Compensation: $45–$55/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain corporate governance documents (resolutions, consents, minutes, entity records)
- Support legal entity management across U.S. and international jurisdictions
- Handle KYC / due diligence requests with financial institutions and partners
- Maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and track key terms
- Assist with board materials, filings, and regulatory compliance
- Support litigation processes including subpoenas and document collection
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel

- 3–5 years of paralegal experience (corporate or in-house strongly preferred)
- Experience with entity management, corporate governance, or legal ops
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines
