About the Opportunity
CB Partners is partnering with a fast growing company with both international and domestic operations, seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its transactional legal function. This role will focus heavily on contract management, redlining, and deal support in a fast paced, high growth environment.
This is a contract position with an open ended engagement, expected to run 6 months+ or longer, with strong potential for extension or long term conversion to W2.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline a high volume of commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and customer agreements)
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and storage
- Partner with legal, sales, and business teams to negotiate contract terms and track revisions
- Support transactional work, including due diligence and deal coordination
- Maintain and organize contract management systems and repositories
- Assist with corporate governance tasks as needed, including entity maintenance and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with outside counsel on specialized matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate, transactional, or contract management paralegal experience
- Strong experience with contract review and redlining is required
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools preferred
- Experience supporting M and A or transactional work is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
