Lidow PC is a quickly-growing, Berkeley-based boutique law firm that serves emerging VC funds and their managers. Our practice areas include fund formation and fund counsel, and investor counsel for pre-seed and seed stage venture finance rounds.

Who you are:
- Organized - You love a well-designed spreadsheet and can’t stand a disorganized database.
- Meticulous - You agonize over typos that you catch in your documents and emails.
- Social - You enjoy being with and helping other people.
- Experienced - You have at least one year of experience as a corporate paralegal in a top national law firm (Vault 100 or similar) or an elite boutique firm. Bonus points if you’ve worked on investment funds or emerging companies/VC.
- Local - You are within commuting distance of Berkeley, CA.
Where and how we work:
You will have significant flexibility for remote work and non-standard schedules, but should work from the office at least two days per week (up to three days per week during on-boarding and training). Our offices are located at 3030 Ashby Ave. in Berkeley.
What you will do:
- Own our filings processes and records, including: entity formation and annual filings, securities filings (Form D and blue sky), and investment adviser filings (Form ADV)
- Create incoming client files, with first drafts of documents
- Create closing sets
- Assist with invoicing
Your compensation:
$70,000-$80,000/year depending on prior experience + annual bonus, and the following benefits:
