Corporate Life Science Attorney

Mid-level Life Sciences Corporate Associate

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Corporate Life Sciences practice in Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Washington, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley. The firm is considering corporate candidates who do not have direct life science experience but a strong interest in the practice. The salary for this position is between $260k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle corporate and transactional matters.
• Experience in public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions required.
• Life sciences experience is preferred, but not required.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
