Corporate M&A Attorney (Mid–Senior Level)

Compensation: $140,000–$300,000+ (DOE)

A nationally recognized, full-service law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Corporate M&A Attorney for its growing Philadelphia office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions for a diverse client base, including public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and emerging growth businesses.

The successful candidate will advise on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions, working closely with clients and collaborating across tax, finance, employment, and regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on M&A transactions, including asset and stock deals
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents
• Manage due diligence and coordinate closings
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the deal lifecycle
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across teams

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of corporate M&A experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently
