This role sits at the center of corporate governance, entity management, and board‑level support within a highly sophisticated enterprise environment.

Role Overview
This position is fundamental to the company’s entity management and corporate governance infrastructure. The paralegal will support securities and governance matters, board and committee processes, M&A‑related entity work, and the day‑to‑day maintenance of a large and complex entity structure. The work is cyclical and deadline‑driven, requiring flexibility, patience, and strong attention to detail.
