Corporate Controller | Hybrid – Seattle, WA

We’re partnering with a long-standing client that’s looking for a hands-on Corporate Controller. This is a contract-to-hire/permanent opportunity.

The Controller is responsible for leading all financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, period-end close, tax coordination, and audit activities across multiple subsidiaries.

This role oversees the Accounting Manager and team, the AP/AR Manager and specialists, and the Cost Accountant, while partnering with an external tax advisory group. The Controller will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership across both brands to ensure accuracy, transparency, and strategic alignment of all financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and tax coordination.
• Demonstrated experience leading accounting and finance teams within a multi-entity and/or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
