Corporate Associate – Law Firm

A leading full-service law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its established and highly regarded corporate and business law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney looking to build strong transactional experience in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in corporate and business law, with exposure to a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side)
• Corporate acquisitions and disposals
• Restructurings and reorganisations
• Commercial contracts and general corporate advisory work
• Corporate governance matters

Experience in private equity transactions is a plus.

Requirements

• Admission to the Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island Bar (or ability to secure admission within 6–12 months)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound commercial judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

Compensation

$150,000 – $195,000 equivalent range (or local market equivalent)

Final compensation will depend on office location, experience, education, and skill set of the selected candidate.
