Corporate Associate Attorney-Capital Markets
Prestigious midsized Manhattan law firm with a deep pipeline of transactional work is seeking to add a junior to mid-level corporate associate with Capital Markets experience to their 75-attorney corporate practice group. The right individual has 2-6 years of corporate experience in a law firm setting, preferably with securities/capital markets background, including 33/34 Act compliance experience, IPOs, private placements, and other aspects of securities offerings. Prior experience with SPACs is a plus!. This is an exceptional opportunity with a well-established firm, good professional advancement, and mentoring with experienced partners.
