Premier Pursuit is working with a leading law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join its West Palm Beach office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of corporate experience to join a sophisticated practice representing public and private companies in a variety of capital markets transactions and securities matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience with capital markets transactions, securities law compliance, and general corporate matters. Experience representing issuers, underwriters, or financial institutions in equity and debt offerings is preferred, but not required.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex transactions while continuing to develop technical and client-facing skills within a collaborative team environment.
