The right candidate has worked on Indenture Act qualified transactions; Rule 144A and Reg S offerings; debt restructurings; corporate and municipal bond financings,; securitizations, and project finance transactions. The firm’s corporate trust group represents leading corporate and municipal trustees in the USA banking industry, and regularly represents financial institutions acting as corporate trustees and acting in other agency and/or fiduciary capacities in domestic and global financing.
