BelZ Luxury & Executive Services is looking for a Corporate Account Sales Representative to help grow our corporate transportation portal and business account pipeline.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on prospecting, outreach, follow-up, relationship building, portal introductions, and helping convert corporate, hospitality, travel, event, aviation, and executive-service prospects into active BelZ clients.

BelZ is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our Indianapolis operation serves as our transportation branch and proof of concept, while our corporate portal allows us to support clients across multiple markets through a managed transportation network.

This role may allow some flexibility for the right candidate, but it is connected to our Indianapolis operation and may require occasional in-person meetings, light travel, client visits, events, and strategic account development.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential corporate, hospitality, travel, event, aviation, and executive transportation clients
  • Conduct outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and video calls
  • Schedule discovery calls and portal introductions
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and warm leads
  • Help convert prospects into active BelZ corporate accounts
  • Maintain a simple but organized pipeline of leads, prospects, and follow-ups
  • Help onboard new accounts into the BelZ corporate portal process
  • Coordinate with BelZ operations to make sure client expectations are realistic and properly supported
  • Build relationships with executive assistants, business owners, hotels, event planners, travel professionals, corporate offices, and related partners
  • Provide weekly updates on outreach, meetings, pipeline, and account activity
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is polished, organized, persistent, and comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, hotel teams, event planners, travel managers, executive assistants, and professional service firms.

We are looking for someone who can create opportunity, not just wait for inbound leads.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting
  • Ability to speak professionally with business clients
  • Organized and able to track leads and follow-ups
  • Comfortable learning and presenting a booking portal/service concept
  • Ability to work independently with accountability
  • Experience in sales, account management, hospitality, travel, events, aviation, real estate, luxury services, or professional services is preferred
  • Existing professional network is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is not required
Compensation

This role may be structured as contract, part-time, or performance-based depending on candidate fit.

Compensation may include a base, retainer, commission, account activation bonuses, and growth-based incentives.

This is a growth-stage opportunity for someone who wants to help build a corporate account pipeline and grow with BelZ.

Important Note

This is a hands-on sales and account development role, not a senior sales leadership position. The right person should be comfortable prospecting, following up, booking meetings, and helping turn conversations into active accounts.
