Stable10 is partnering with a fast-growing operational business looking to hire a Controller to support the next phase of growth, process improvement, and finance leadership internally.

This is a highly visible role working directly alongside the CFO and executive leadership team within a business managing significant operational, inventory, sourcing, fulfilment, and transaction complexity.

The environment would suit someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and operating close to the commercial side of the business rather than sitting within a heavily layered corporate finance function.

Ideal background:

• Controller or Assistant Controller experience
• Strong operational accounting mindset
• CPA strongly preferred
• Inventory, distribution, manufacturing, fulfilment, or product-based environment experience helpful
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating within fast-moving, evolving environments
