The company designs and manufactures custom products for commercial and institutional clients and is investing heavily in process automation and scalable systems. Position Overview

The Controller will lead all core accounting operations, manage inventory accounting, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This leader will play a critical role in strengthening financial infrastructure, enhancing controls, and supporting strategic initiatives as the organization scales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking
  • Prepare and manage financial statements, audits, and regulatory/compliance reporting
  • Drive process improvements and automation across accounting workflows
  • Manage inventory accounting for high‑value stock and project‑based models
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
  • Support ERP optimization and system upgrades (Microsoft Business Central, Reports)


Qualifications

  • CPA required
  • Strong experience in manufacturing or inventory‑based environments
  • Proven track record managing audits and financial reporting
  • ERP proficiency (Business Central preferred) and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to lead process improvements and enhance operational efficiency


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120K–$150K

Bonus: 20–30% target, tied to business performance
