What You’ll Do:
- Own the lifecycle of complex commercial agreements from intake through execution
- Negotiate direct sales agreements with customers in energy, oil & gas, and power generation sectors
- Evaluate and redline key provisions including:
- Indemnity
- Limitation of liability
- Risk allocation
- Apply a structured contract playbook to analyze and counter terms with confidence
- Serve as a bridge between legal and business, translating legal concepts into practical, actionable guidance
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align contract strategy with commercial objectives
- Support agreements tied to:
- Power generation projects
- Aftermarket services
- Industrial and energy solutions
Who You Are:
- A strong contract negotiator with experience in direct sales or commercial agreements
- Comfortable operating with limited supervision while collaborating across teams
- Business-minded and solutions-oriented in your communication style
- Experienced in energy, oil & gas, industrial, or adjacent sectors
- Able to balance legal risk with commercial priorities in a fast-paced environment
