What You’ll Do:

  • Own the lifecycle of complex commercial agreements from intake through execution
  • Negotiate direct sales agreements with customers in energy, oil & gas, and power generation sectors
  • Evaluate and redline key provisions including:
  • Indemnity
  • Limitation of liability
  • Risk allocation
  • Apply a structured contract playbook to analyze and counter terms with confidence
  • Serve as a bridge between legal and business, translating legal concepts into practical, actionable guidance
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align contract strategy with commercial objectives
  • Support agreements tied to:
  • Power generation projects
  • Aftermarket services
  • Industrial and energy solutions


Who You Are:

  • A strong contract negotiator with experience in direct sales or commercial agreements
  • Comfortable operating with limited supervision while collaborating across teams
  • Business-minded and solutions-oriented in your communication style
  • Experienced in energy, oil & gas, industrial, or adjacent sectors
  • Able to balance legal risk with commercial priorities in a fast-paced environment
