eWe are seeking two experienced Contract Conformance Specialists to join a leading energy organization. In this role, you will provide senior-level Supply Chain Management (SCM) contract support, partnering with sourcing teams, legal counsel, suppliers, and business stakeholders to draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and risk frameworks

Key Responsibiliti

  • esDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and Engineering Service Agreement
  • s.Lead supplier negotiations within established contractual and risk parameter
  • s.Review supplier redlines and recommend contract positions based on approved standards and precedent
  • s.Collaborate with Legal, SCM, and business stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and drive agreement executio
  • n.Provide contract support for sourcing and procurement initiative
  • s.Advise stakeholders on appropriate contract structures and commercial term
  • s.Ensure contract compliance with corporate policies, governance frameworks, and risk management guideline
  • s.Maintain contract records and lifecycle documentation within enterprise system
  • s.Support contract execution and handoff processes for purchase orders and master agreement
  • s.Promote best practices and consistency across contracting activitie

Required Qualificati

  • onsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related fie
  • ld.Minimum 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, or Oil & Gas environmen
  • ts.Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and supplier agreemen
  • ts.Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk, and contract governance principl
  • es.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skil
  • ls.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneous
  • ly.Experience using Oracle Cloud, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applicatio
