Contract Real Estate Paralegal

Temporary Real Estate Paralegal | Onsite | Boca Raton, FL | $28-31/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Real Estate Paralegal for a temporary onsite assignment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting real estate matters in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate the flow of legal documents between internal real estate teams, clients, and outside counsel
• Prepare, track, and distribute outbound correspondence and documentation to landlords and other stakeholders
• Review and route incoming mail to ensure prompt handling and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and internal tracking tools
• Assist with managing daily workflows to ensure timelines and deliverables are consistently met
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to support real estate transactions and related initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of paralegal experience, ideally within real estate
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, Florida

Role Details

• Compensation range of $28-31 per hour, depending on experience
