Job Summary:

The Contract Coordinator II is responsible for creating, negotiating, and managing consulting and promotional service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, legal teams, healthcare professionals, consultants, and external partners to support critical business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong contract administration experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, negotiate, and execute consulting and promotional service agreements in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, industry guidelines, and internal compliance standards throughout the contracting process.

• Independently conduct contract reviews and support contract lifecycle management activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, compliance groups, and external partners to facilitate timely contract execution.

• Maintain accurate contract documentation, records, and audit-ready files in accordance with departmental procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize contracting processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide guidance and education to stakeholders regarding contract requirements, policies, and procedures.

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal departments and external consultants, speakers, patients, and advocacy organizations.

• Utilize procurement and contract management systems to track, monitor, and manage contract activities.

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and customer service.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience processing high volumes of contracts in a corporate or regulated environment.

• Experience with contract administration, contract review, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated project coordination and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management systems.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting consulting, speaker, vendor, healthcare professional, or service agreements.

• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences.

• Familiarity with procurement platforms, SAP, or contract management software.

• Knowledge of industry compliance guidelines and contract governance practices.

• Experience interacting with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, or Research and Development.

Pay Range: $30/hr to $35/hr
